Division 3 Technologies provides top-quality structural concrete, bridge restoration, concrete restoration, traffic membranes, expansion joints, protective coatings, crack injections and waterproofing services throughout CT, MA, NY and NJ. James Yakimoff, Founder and CEO of Division 3 Technologies, has 18 years of experience in contracting with the last 12 years focused on concrete and restoration. Division 3 Technologies, believes that most companies in this industry suffer two major problems,  project scheduling and poor retention of quality employees.

The company’s goal is to provide its services in the timeliest manner and with an ongoing comprehensive quality-control program to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The company's principal member will see each contract as an agreement not between a business and its customers, but between partners that wish to create a close and mutually-beneficial long-term relationship.
Division 3 Technologies, has created the following key procedures to reach its goals:

  • Create a position of Field Supervisor, and have at least one foreman assigned to each project.
  • Have a dedicated project manager for each project who can handle quality-control issues.
  • Institute and maintain a safety and drug program meeting and sometimes exceeding OSHA Regulations.

Division 3 Technologies, is located at 5-B Tipping Dr., in Branford, CT. The company focuses on markets within the commercial industry such as Parking Garages, Educational, Healthcare, Government and Office facilities offering a wide variety of services. Our bonding capacity is 15 million gross.

Management Team

 
James J. Yakimoff / Founder & CEO

James J. Yakimoff is the Founder and CEO of four companies that range from such diverse fields as specialty retail toy stores to a construction company that focuses on concrete and masonry restoration. A self made entrepreneur, Mr. Yakimoff founded Division 3 Technologies, LLC in 2006.  Originally formed to target structural concrete restoration projects in the commercial market throughout the New England Area, the company quickly expanded into masonry restoration, waterproofing and construction management.  Market diversity, knowledge of the business and superior project performance elevated Division 3 Technologies, LLC to become an industry leader that continues to develop solid working relationships with Owners, Architects/Engineers and General Contractors.

Currently, Mr. Yakimoff recognized an opportunity in the “green” waterproofing manufacturing industry.  A natural extension of the waterproofing services that had made his company so successful, Mr. Yakimoff realized that the incorporation of green building technology and waterproofing products would capitalize on a relatively untouched market. 

 

Robert A. Morman / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Morman has Managed Financial Services Staff consisting of eight on site direct report staff and six satellite office staff in all financial responsibilities ranging from reviewing and presenting monthly financial statements to Leadership and Board of Directors, developing monthly GL, A/R, A/P and Payroll closing procedures, developing and implementing Centralized Billing Systems, developed and implemented all Managed Care procedures for billing and authorization maintenance, researched and wrote Agency Managed Care manual, designed and managed financial database, setup, maintenance, procedure and charge coding, account structure and report queries, developed and prepared detailed program reports for budget planning, statistical analysis and grant reporting requirements, managed Grant Portfolio fiscal reporting, budgets and collection process, coordinated annual budget completion with program leadership, directed financial services staff in fiduciary responsibilities for outside agency accounts, and including the production of monthly financial reports.

Mr. Morman has Co-Authored a Business Plan and developed work process for the CBHN (Children’s Behavioral Health Network), a provider service network consisting of the Village for Families & Children, Inc., Klingberg Family Center, Hartford Hospital, St. Francis and Grove Willow Medical Center.

 

Beth A. DeLucia  / General Manager

A graduate of Oklahoma State and University of New Haven, Beth has brought a wealth of detailed management skills to the company. A highly efficient administrator, Beth prides in meeting the toughest project deadlines and working together with field and office management to complete above and beyond any and all tasks before her.  Beth’s determination and drive has allowed the company to grow and provide a positive outlook for the future during extreme hard economic times.

 

Art Brennan / Project Manager

Art has extensive knowledge in the Construction industry and is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University Construction Management Program.   He is trained to use several construction based computer software programs.  He has also trained many office assistants and co-workers to use these systems efficiently and accurately.  Mr. Brennan has worked closely with many clients and subcontractors over the years solidifying the confidence of those relationships. Art has been a tremendous acquisition and asset to Division 3 Technologies, and has shown he is a reliable, and a dedicated individual.

 

Michael Borelli / Field Operations

Michael joined Division 3 after an eight year career with Turner Construction Company. He worked as a carpenter foreman with in impeccable safety record. His ability to manage field operations on multiple ongoing projects has made his presents invaluable. His strict attention to managing project schedules and budgets result in early job completion and usually under budget. Michael’s leadership ability to manage/coordinate field personnel and subcontractors minimizes costly delays without compromising safety.
